Where standards set forth in the Village West Island Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD-2) conflict with Coconut Grove Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD-3) or Miami 21 Code the standards set forth in this Neighborhood Conservation District NCD- 2, shall control. Where the Village West Island Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD-2) is silent, the underlyingCoconut Grove Neighborhood Conservation District (NCD-3) regulations shall ap y.
