Marcelo Fernanddes Coconut Grove FL 33133 US 9/11/2018 The proposed changes have been extremely vetted and are very fair for all stakeholders in the Grove Sarah Nims Miami FL 33133 US 9/11/2018 I have had a home in the Grove since the 50's. It is shocking what has happened and continues to happen, Deborah Dotson Miami FL 33133 US 9/11/2018 This is a resident -driven and widely supported effort to protect and preserve our neighborhoods and property values. John Dotson Miami FL 33133 US 9/11/2018 This is a legitimate compromise between extremes and will protect our canopy. We need to stop to 'cementing of Coconut Grove' and protect our green space and neighborhood character and density. Fabio lannelli Miami FL 33133 US 9/11/2018 The Grove is getting destroyed not developed. the population density increase is not being taken into account and the current laws are too vague to cope with the new influx of people. Grove2030 Grove2030 Miami FL 33133 US 9/11/2018 These are well thought out measures that will help keep Coconut Grove a lush, livable village. Katrina Morris Miami FL 33133 US 9/11/2018 1 am supporting the reasonable changes in the NCD that have been proposed. It's a good step toward protecting the neighborhood feeling of Coconut Grove. Marielos Baltodano Miami FL 33.13.4 US 9/11/2018 I am signing because this affects my real estate value, my life style and my home. Maria Velasquez Miami FL 33133 US 9/12/2018 I want to protect the canopy and foliage of the grove. Development is okay, but it should be in line with the character of the grove, not erase what is here. Allison Leach Fernandin a Beach FL 81224 US 9/12/2018 I grew up in the grovel Okan Bilen Miami FL 33133 US 9/12/2018 Uncontrolled development is threatening the green canopy in the Grove. This is a step to at least partially protect the greenery and neighborhood feel in the Grove. Reid Welch Miami FL 33155 US 9/12/2018 I am supportive of Grove Watch Group's petition. Am resident of west Grove since 1983. My mate has lived here since 1955. Homes on Hardie (for instance) have become erased, in just one instance for particular, to make space for up to four concrete boxes in place of a single prior home. Trees are removed and gratuitously replaced with saplings supined elsewhere. Vine is faked to grow on slabs newly stuccoed. The receding canopy of the old village is going, where it not already gone. We need more green areas in Miami Larissa Ozols Miami FL 33133 US 9/12/2018 Authentic character of the Grove means retaining reasonable footprints of homes and preservation of tree canopy. Michael Cavanaugh Miami FL 33133 US 9/12/2018 Keep the Grove green. Stop letting developers rip out trees to maximize house lots. Other relatable areas in the city don't allow the house on a lot to exceed —65% of the lot it is on, the grove should do the same. Submitted into the public record for item(s) PZ.9 . on 01/24/2019 , City Clerk N A Miami FL Miami FI 33133 US 9/14/2018 i have lived in the grove since '74 and recall it's charm and beauty and openness; it's view to the ocean and the ease of biking therein or walking across the street without much trepidation. Today i seldom even drive through it as it often takes longer than the long way around and one has to have 360 o vision at all times and the high rises are not even finished yet!!!! The Grove is becoming darker and darker and i no longer see charming special character....only a playground for greed I sadly Darren McColl Miami FL 33133 US 10/24/2018 Conservation is more valuable for people than construction US 10/24/2018 1 We need to protect the unique character of Coconut Grove and it's amazing trees and vegetation.
