ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, PURSUANT TO EXPEDITED STATE REVIEW
PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED IN SECTION 163.3184, FLORIDA STATUTES,
BY ADDING TWO (2) POLICIES TO THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT AND
AMENDING THE INTERPRETATION OF THE 2020 FUTURE LAND USE MAP
FOR INDUSTRIAL LAND USE TO ALLOW LODGING USES ON LANDS
WITHIN THE CITY OF MIAMI DESIGNATED AS INDUSTRIAL; MAKING
FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
