This will include language to waive certain TCO/TCC fees for Affordable Housing projects. • Section 54-58 (Proposed Amendment) will be amended to allow the right of way dedication for affordable housing projects to be postponed as part of the permit process, when such is located on city land and or where a County -owned land requires their BCC approval.
