This letter shall serve as the Applicant's formal withdrawal of the appeal of PZAB R-19-029 rendered on August 9, 2019 pursuant to Article 7, Section 7.1.3.8.a of Miami 21. Article 7, Section 7.1.3.8.a of Miami 21 provides: 7.1.3.8 Resubmission and Withdrawal of Applications Requiring Public Hearing a. Whenever an application has been denied, the city shall not thereafter consider the same application for any part or all of the same property for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of the denial. The Planning Zoning Appeals Board denied the Application on July 17, 2019, and Resolution PZAB-19-029 was rendered on August 9, 2019. The eighteen (18) month limitation on further consideration stems from the date of the denial. Thus, the eighteen (18) month limitation will expire on February 9, 2021.
