A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENSURE THAT ORDERLY CONDUCT AND PROPER DECORUM
ARE MAINTAINED DURING MEETINGS OF THE CITY COMMISSION IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 286.0114(2), FLORIDA
STATUTES AND SECTION 2-33 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby directed to ensure that orderly conduct and
proper decorum are maintained during meetings of the city commission in accordance with the
provisions of Section 286.0114(2), Florida Statutes, and Section 2-33 of the Code of the City of
Miami, Florida.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
