Portions of the 10 foot wide platted private alleys lying within Block 12, BROADMOOR, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 37, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida,
being more particularly described as follows:
That portion of the 10 foot wide platted private alley being bounded on the North by the Southerly
boundary lines of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, being bounded on the South by the Northerly boundary line of Lot 5
and its Easterly prolongation, and the Northerly boundary line of Lot 6, being bounded on the East by
the Easterly boundary line of said Block 12, and being bounded on the West by a line 10.00 feet Easterly
of and parallel with, as measured at right angles to, the Westerly boundary line of said Block 12.
Together With:
That portion of the 10 foot wide platted private alley being bounded on the North by the Easterly
prolongation of the Northerly boundary line of Lot 5, being bounded on the South by the Easterly
prolongation of the Southerly boundary line of Lot 8, being bounded on the East by the Westerly
boundary lines of Lots 6 and 7, and being bounded on the West by the Easterly boundary lines of Lots 5
and 8, all in said Block 12.
And Together With:
That portion of the 10 foot wide platted private alley being bounded on the North by the Southerly
