Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an
opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the new allocation(s)/
amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below: "1
1. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the acceptance of HUD Entitlement Grant Funds, in the total amount of $21,169,683.00 for Program
Year 2020-2021 for the following programs:

6. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the acceptance of Section 8 Housing Program funds, in the projected amount of $5,276,000.00 for
rental assistance, and in the projected amount of $448,000.00 for program administration, for a total projected amount of $5,724,000 for PY:2020-
2021.
7. Discuss and proposed resolution approving the City of Miami's ("City") Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, further approving the
Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice for Fiscal Year 2020-2024.
8. Discuss and proposed resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") agreement between the City of Miami's Department of
Housing and Community Development and the Miami Dade County Homeless Trust ("MDCHT"), to refer eligible applicants to the City's moving on
program, for nonelderly persons with disabilities who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or previously homeless and currently in permanent
supportive housing or in a rapid rehousing project, according to the City's Mainstream voucher program guidelines .
* The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution by the City Commission, related to the proposed funding recommendation(s)/
amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan.

of no less than 5 days. The review
and comment period
begin, Friday, July 17, 2020 and ends Wednesday, July 22, 2020. The proposed
funding recommendation(s)/
amendment(s) will be
presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, July 23, 2020 (Virtual Public Hearing) as authorized by HUD.
