Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
will consider the following ordinance on second and final reading on June
11, 2020 commencing at 9:00 A.M., in the City Commission Chambers
located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133:
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AMENDING CHAPTER
2/ARTICLE XI/DIVISION 1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
AS AMENDED, TITLED "ADMINISTRATION/BOARDS, COMMITTEES,
COMMISSIONS/GENERALLY", BY ADDING NEW SECTION 2-863, TITLED
"CITY STAFF ATTENDANCE", TO PROVIDE INSTANCES WHERE THE CITY
MANAGER MUST DIRECT STAFF TO ATTEND CERTAIN BOARD MEETINGS;
PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
Said proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public at the Office of the
City Clerk, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or

All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be
