For your information, the Governor issued Executive Order Number 20-112 that extended the suspension of the requirement of a quorum to be present in person or requires a local government body to meet at a specific public place. The Executive Order also allows local government bodies to continue utilizing communications media technology, such as telephonic and video conferencing for local government body meetings. Todd B. The purpose of the Special City Commission meeting will be to consider homeless issues, food distribution, the Miami International Airport, and any and all actions that may arise from these discussions including but not limited to the adoption of resolutions. I respectfully request that you circulate my request to the other elected officials to confirm their agreement with and availability for the Special City Commission meeting.
