Florida; more particularly described as follows;
All that portion of Lot 1, 3, 4, and 5, Block 2, of DUEY'S SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded In
Plat Book i 1, Page 34, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, lying in Section 12, Township 53 South,
Range 41 East, Miami -Dade County, Florida being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence run N 88° 58' 59" W, along the South line of said Lot 1, for a
distance of 31.90 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel of land hereinafter to be described; thence
continue N 88' 58' 59" W, 2 long the South line of said Lot 1, fora dlstente of 18.20 feet to a point of intersection with
the West line of said Lot I; thence run N 0O° 35' 35" E, a long the West Hoe of said Lot 1, for distance of 135.05 feet to
a point of intersection with the North litre of said Lot 1; thence run S 88' 37' 56" E, along the North line of said Lot 1,
