AGENCY, AS REQUIRED, TO EXPEDITE THE CITY OF MIAMI'S ("CITY")
FULFILLMENT OF THE CITY'S HISTORIC PRESERVATION RESPONSIBILITIES AS A
RECIPIENT AND ADMINISTRATOR OF FEDERAL FUNDS UNDER SECTION 106 OF
THE NATIONAL HISTORIC PRESERVATION ACT.

NOTE #1 Revision A has the Scrivener's amendment made by law department and per legal
opinion, it may be certified instead of the original revision .NOTE #2: Pursuant to the
resolution, this item became effective immediately upon adoption by the Commission.
