Sunshine for All, Inc., a Florida Not for Profit Corporation, will provide meals to homebound senior residents it District 4, and to consider the City Manager's recommendations and finding that competitive negotiation methods are not'practicable or advantageous regarding these issues: • Sunshine for AII, Inc. - API Senior Meals Program Inquiries regarding this notice may be addressed to Malissa T. This action is being considered pursuant to Section 18-85 (A) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida as amended (the "Code"). The recommendations anc findings to be considered in this matter are set forth in the proposed resolution and in Code Section 18-85 (A), which are deemed to be incorporated by reference herein and are available as with the regularly scheduled City Commission meeting of March 26, 2019 at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida. The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present of represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. A private attorney -client session will be conducted under the parameters of §286.011(8), Florida Statutes. The person chairing the City of Miami Commission meeting will announce the commencement of an attorney -client session, closed to the public, for purposes of discussing the pending litigation in the case of 3637 Corp., Inc. v. City of Miami, Case No. 18-cv-20367-RS, pending in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, to which the City is presently a party. The subject of the meeting will be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. This private meeting will begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Commissioners' schedules permit) and conclude approximately one hour later.
