MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF A SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT AND RELEASE ("AGREEMENT"); AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND ANY AND ALL OTHER NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS, ALL IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, TO
EFFECTUATE THE SETTLEMENT.
