CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

2/ARTICLE II/SECTION 2-33 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,

VIDING A PROCESS FOR THE RECALL OF ELECTED OFFICIALS; PRO-
VIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN IMME-
DIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.

Corporation, for their TGHI Community "Passport" to Health Housing, and to
consider the City Manager's recommendations and finding that competitive
negotiation methods are not practicable or advantageous regarding these issues:
