the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 60, of the public records of Miami -Dade
County, Florida.

All of Lots 5, 7, and 8, and the South 26.34 feet of Lot 9 in Block "E" of T.W. Palmer's
Resubdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 60, of the public
records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
And
Lot 6, less the South 5 feet, in Block "E" of T.W. Palmer's Resubdivision according to the
plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 60, of the public records of Miami -Dade

Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 12 of said Block 14 thence N01°37'56"W for a
distance of 181.50 feet to the Northwest corner of the South 13.50 feet of Lot 4 of said Block
"E", thence S87°42'04"W for a distance of 10.00 feet to the Northeast corner of the South
26.34 feet of lot 9 of said Block "E", thence S01°37'56"E for a distance of 181.50 feet to the
Southeast corner of Lot 6 of said Block "E", thence N87°42'04"E or a distance of 10.00 feet
to the point of beginning, less the South 5 feet thereof.
