This program will be provided by Biscayne Bay Waterkeeper, Inc. d/b/a Miami Waterkeeper, a company, qualified to do business in the State of Florida whose principal address is 2103 Coral Way, 2nd Floor,Miami, FL 33145. APPROVED: Attachment Miri Santana Agenda oordinator CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on December 12, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, 33133, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the provision of a water quality monitoring program, from Biscayne Bay Waterkeeper, Inc. d/b/a Miami Waterkeeper, located at 2103 Coral Way, 2nd Floor, Miami, Florida 33145. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a system who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Tahlia Gray, Procurement Analyst, at the City of Miami's Department of Procurement at (305) 416-1912. The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
