NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on
Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City
Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, 33133 for the purpose of requesting a
waiver of the requirements for competitive sealed bidding procedures for procurement of
Rusch Airtraq SP Laryngoscope Blades and the EZ-IO lntraosseous Infusion System by
Teleflex LLC, the sole source provider of this device, for the Department of Fire -Rescue.
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able
to satisfy the City's requirements for this item you may contact. Should you have any
questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact Joseph Zahralban, Fire Chief,
Department of Fire -Rescue at (305) 416-5401.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the
meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which
the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the
City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence
upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
