allocation of $60,000 to Little Havana Activities and Nutrition Center of

DEBERA SER DESARROLLADO EN LA PROPIEDAD ADYACENTE A LA PROPIEDAD
TRANSMITIDA ("PARQUE NUEVO") ACTUALMENTE USADA POR THE MELREESE COUNTRY
CLUB; SIEMPRE Y CUANDO NO HAYA PERDIDA NETA DEL ESPACIO DEL PARQUE PARA LA
CIUDAD; PROPORCIONANDO BENEFICIOS COMPARTIDOS CON LA CIUDAD EN CUANTO A
NOMBRAR DERECHOS, PUBLICIDAD, DERECHOS DE TV, VENTA 0 ASIGNACION, Y SIMILARES;
Y UNA FECHA INMEDIATA EFECTIVA PARA ESTA RESOLUCION.
La Comision Municipal de Miami solicita a todos las partes interesadas que esten presentes o
representadas en Ia reunion, para que puedan ser escuchadas con respecto a cualquier proposicion
ante la Comision Municipal en la cual la Comision Municipal pueda tomar medidas. Si una persona
desea apelar cualquier decision de la Comision Municipal con respecto a cualquier asunto que vaya a
ser considerado en esa reunion, esa persona se asegurara de que se haga un registro textual de los
procesos, incluidos todos los testimonios y pruebas en las que cualquier recurso pueda basarse (F.S.
