BRICKELL EXPANDED AREA LEGAL. DESCRIPTION
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
BEGIN at the intersection of the centerline of Miami River with the Easterly line of Metro Rapid Transit Right
of Way, said Right -of -Way line being 50 feet easterly of and parallel with the centerline of said Metro Rapid
Transit Right -of -Way; thence south along this line to a point of intersection with the South Right -of -Way line
of Coral Way (SW 13th Street); thence westerly along said South Right -of -Way of Coral Way (SW 13th Street)
to an intersection with the easterly Right -of -Way line of Metro Rapid Transit Right -of -Way (formerly Florida
East Coast (FEC) Railroad Right -of -Way); thence run southerly and southwesterly along said easterly
Right -of -Way line of Metro Rapid Transit to the intersection with the centerline of SW 15th Road; thence
northwesterly along the centerline of said SW 15th Road to a point of intersection with the southerly
prolongation of the westerly line of said Metro Rapid Transit Right -of -Way; thence northerly and
northeasterly along said westerly line of said Metro Rapid Transit Right -of -Way to a point of intersection with
the South Right -of -Way line of Coral Way (SW 13th Street); thence easterly along said South Right -of -Way of
Coral Way (SW 13th Street) to the intersection with the prolongation with the westerly line of said Metro
Rapid Transit Right -of -Way; thence continue northeasterly and northerly to a point at the intersection with
the prolongation of said Right -of -Way with the centerline of Miami River; thence continue easterly along this
centerline to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This land is situated and lying in Miami -Dade County, Florida.

The legal description was generated from the existing Legal Description of Downtown Development Authority and from review of
the following Plats:
Plat of "Al. KNOWLTON MAP OF MIAMI" according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book B, at Page 41 of the Public
Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Plat of "REVISED PLAT OF GOLDEN ISLES" according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 74 of the Public
Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Plat of "BRICKELL FIRST' according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 165, at Page 15 of the Public Records of
Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Plat of "CORAL STATION AT BRICKELL WAY' according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 162, at Page 24 of the Public
Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Plat of 'SIMPSON PARK" according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 82, at Page 70 of the Public Records of
Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Plat of "BRICKELL WEST THREE' according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 161, at Page 81 of the Public Records of
