The City of Miami Department of Housing and Community Development will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at City Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, to provide the public an opportunity to comment on funding amendments affecting the City's Annual Action Plan for US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) programs. The proposed amendment(s) and respective description(s) can be found at: www.miamigov.com/communitvdevelopment. The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draftlamend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 and ends on Wednesday, July 24, 2019. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City Commission for approval on Thursday, July 25, 2019. Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami Department of Housing and Community Development office located at 14 NE 1 Avenue, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33132 (HCD Address). ("ABDA") and Sunshine for All, Inc. in the total amount of $100,000.00 for the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 program years to provide Housing Quality Standard Inspection service for the City of Miami's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher and Moderate Rehabilitation program and Housing Opportunity for Persons with Aids program. 4. Discuss and proposed resolution to grant an extension of time for the 2017-2018 Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") agreements for the Micro -Enterprise program recipients for six (6) additional months. 5.
