Gonzalez, Ph.D. City Manager SUBJECT: Substitution for P11.9 — July 11, 2019 Agenda REFERENCES: ENCLOSURES: The Office of the City Manager respectfully requests that the following item be substituted in the July 11, 2019 City Commission agenda: Item PH.9 — Resolution authorizing the permanent restriction of vehicular access within District 3. The abovementioned item included a Notice of Public Hearing as an attachment of the agenda packet and labeled Notice to the Public, which contained the incorrect Title information. Please remove Notice to the Public and replace with the attached revised Notice of Public Hearing which reflects the correct Title information. The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
