VEHICLES; AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF THE CITY'S REQUIRED
MATCHING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $295,000.00 FROM THE CITY'S SHARE OF
THE CHARTER COUNTY AND REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM SURTAX.
