COMMENTS:
The Zoning Referral is only to keep the proposal evolving and to submit to Hearing Boards. This does not constitute
a recommendation for approval nor indicate that the application is complete. Staff will continue to work with the applicant
in an effort to assist in compliance with all outstanding comments.

Good afternoon Ben,
It was a pleasure speaking with you on the phone a moment ago. To summarize our conversation; you are welcome to
submit a completed package to hearing boards on Thursday or Friday for the Magic City SAP, with an understanding that
there is still a substantial amount of back and forth required with planning staff prior to scheduling the project for public
hearing. The only modifications to the submittal checklist in the application will be;
- We will not need a stamped and signed full sized set, just drop off a signed and sealed full sized set.
- We will not need multiple copies of each of the binders, just one for each type of application.
I have also attached an updated 'acknowledgment by applicant' form. It has a new line in section 1 regarding scheduling
expectations.
