The part of the project that faces the residential neighborhood is all one story and one -and -a -half story structures with facades designed to be consistent with the houses across the street. These sensitively scaled and designed buildings and the accompanying landscaping will contribute to making the residential streets lovely and welcoming (today these homes face the blank back of the auditorium, the fence, and a paved parking lot).
