WHO WILL THE PROJECT SERVE? ■ Per the requirements in Art. 3, Sec. 3.15.6 and 13.6.1. of Miami 21, DUs will be made available as follows: ➢ 10% of the DUs for ELI Households (30% or less of AMI); ➢ 10% of the DUs for Household earning 50% or Tess of AMI; and �= Up to 80% of the DUs for as Workforce Housing for households earning more than 60% and up to 140% of AMI. TR-1.5 — The rezoning will promote the continued development of the City by appropriately coordinating public transit service with existing future land use. • Policy TR-1.5.2 — The rezoning will foster the development and use of the stations while protecting adjacent neighborhoods from incompatible development. • Policy TR-1.5.6 — The rezoning will help direct development where it will support the densities required for premium transit systems. ➢ The rezoning application will help reduce the transportation cost burden on households within the City by reducing the "drive until you qualify" trend noted in a 2011 study by the FIU Metropolitan Center.
