Upon review of the site plan for the 7 at Blue Lagoon, a traffic study is not required for rezoning and Transportation does
not have an issue with the site plan provided. It is to be noted that a traffic study will be required for the development,
any changes that may come about as part of that process will be coordinated with Planning & Zoning.
