The panel is to be provided by the Urban Land Institute, a company qualified to do business in the State of Florida whose principal address is 2001 L Street, NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20036-4948. Agenda C•o .inator CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of the Urban Land Institute Advisory Panel, and for waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the provision of the Urban Land Institute Advisory Panel to provide recommendations to update waterfront design standards. This panel is to be provided by Urban Land Institute, a company qualified to do business in the State of Florida whose principal address is 2001 L Street, NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20036-4948. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Annie Perez, CPPO, Director, at the City of Miami Department of Procurement at (305) 416-1910. The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appear may be based (F.S. 286.0105). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office of the City Clerk at (305) 250-5361 (Voice) no later than five (5) business days prior to the proceeding.
