A Discussion Item of the Miami City Commission providing information on the potential
methods by which the City marinas could be operated and analysis of current
operations.
Background of Item:
The City of Miami ("City") currently operates four marine facilities, which include:
MiaMarina at Bayside, Dinner Key Marina, Dinner Key Mooring Field, and Marine
Stadium Marina. The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management ("DREAM")
has reviewed the operations of the City marinas as well as the options and limitations
associated with the management and operation of each.
