14, 2019 at 9:00 A.M., to consider the award of a contract to the non-profit
organization listed below through Anti -Poverty grant funds from the
Commissioner's share of the City of Miami's Anti -Poverty Initiative Program.
Foundation of Community Assistance and Leadership, Inc. (FOCAL) (the
Organization) is a not for profit company that focuses on assisting those
in need of educational assistance, and to consider the City Manager's
recommendations and finding that competitive negotiation methods are
not practicable or advantageous regarding these issues:

ING, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ("CONCESSIONAIRE"), FOR
THE PROVISION OF CONCESSION OPERATIONS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI POLICE
HEADQUARTERS BUILDING LOCATED AT 400 NORTHWEST 2ND AVENUE, MIAMI,
FLORIDA ("PREMISES") WITH A MONTHLY USE FEE OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($500.00) PLUS TEN PERCENT (10%) OF MONTHLY GROSS REVENUES, WITH
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS MORE SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN SAID AGREE-
MENT.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented
at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Com-
mission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to
appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered
