recorded In Plot Book 34 at Page 93 of the Public Records of 41iami-Dade County, Florido, being
more particularly described as follo$s:
Begin al the Northwest comer of Lot 6, Block 2, of said plot of 'BISCAYNE ISLAND'; thence
North 0 degrees 01 minutes 45 seconds East along the Northerly extension of the *est line of
said Lot 6, Block 2 for 40.00 feet; thence East along the Northerly limits of the "Pork"as sho$i
