A portion of South Venetian Drive and o portion of the 'Park" shorn Northerly of Lots 4, 5 and
6, Block 2, both as shown on the plot of "siscA r'NE ISLAND", according to the plot thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 34 at Page 93 of the Public Records of 11tijiarni -Dade County, Florid°, being
more particularly described as follows;
Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 2, of said plot of "BISCAYNE ISLAND'; thence
North 0 degrees Of minutes 45 seconds East along the Northerly extension of the jest line of
said Lot 6, Block 2 for 40.00 feet; thence East along the Northerly limits of the "Park"as shown
