The property owner 012380 Tequesta Lane, (Exhibit A) regarding the discussions that we had in your office dating 29th January 2018, about the abandonment of the subject private aIley, Located between southwest 27'I' lane and southwest 28°i street from southwest 23'd avenue to son -RI -West 24'I' avenue. (Exhibit B) At this time, we would like to petition the department of public works to consider closing this alley, pursuant to the city code section 55-16, consideration of easements and alleys when alleged to be abandoned as a matter of law. AR homeowners abutting the subject alley, have taken over their portion of the alley, by fencing it off And in some cases, building and encroaching on the required setbacks, (Exhibit C) of the city of Miami zoning code.
