NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday, October
12, 2017, at 9:00 AM at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the
purpose of granting the following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, DECLARING SURPLUS AND
APPROVING THE SALE OF A CITY OF MIAMI ("CITY") OWNED CLUC 90 PROPERTY,
IDENTIFIED AS 0 FOLIO NUMBER 01-3207-000-0680 ("PROPERTY"), TO ROSA
ROMNEY, ("PURCHASER"), ESTABLISHING THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($3,000.00) AS THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID TO THE CITY OF MIAMI BY THE
PURCHASER, FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE ("AGREEMENT") AND TO EXECUTE
SUCH OTHER DOCUMENTS AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO CONSUMMATE SUCH
TRANSACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
AGREEMENT, WHICH TERMS MAY BE AMENDED BY THE CITY MANAGER AS MAY
BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MEET THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CITY.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting
and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City
Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission
with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim
record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be
based (F.S. 286.0105).
