Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of
and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed
new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below: *tt
1. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the change of the City of Miami Department of Community and Economic Development's
fiscal year, from April 1st — March 31' to October 1st — September 30'.
2. Discussion and proposed resolution (4/5ths vote) approving and confirming the allocation of funds in the amount of $306,000, as specified
below, for Emergency Housing Relocation program with funds allocated from Aids to Government Agencies funds.

3. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute amendment No. 8 to the agreement with Flagler First
Condominiums, L.L.C., relating to the redevelopment of an affordable housing condominium project known as Flagler First Condominium,
located at 101 East Flagler Street, Miami, FL ("project') providing an extension of the deadline for the sale of all the project residential
condominium units in December 31, 2017.
*The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to
draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Action Plan.
1- This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins
Tuesday, November 8, 2016 and ends Wednesday, December 7, 2016.

Florida, 33130: Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than Wednesday, December 7, 2016
The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, December 8, 2016 (public hearing).
Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for special
accommodations may be directed to the Department of Community & Economic Development at (305) 416-2080 no less than three (3)
business days prior to the Public Hearing date.
