INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD (UDRB)
FOR A TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Urban
Development Review Board, to serve for a term ending November 15, 2019, or until the
nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
