As an immediately abutting neighbor, the approval of this Mural Permit directly affects myself and my interests. As previously mentioned to members of the City of Miami staff, I formally oppose this transfer for a myriad of reasons. Most significantly, I have reason to believe that the Qualified Applicant holding the Permit is in direct violation of a number of provisions of Chapter 62, Article XIII, Division 5 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended ("City Code").
