INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE OVERTOWN ADVISORY BOARD/OVERTOWN
COMMUNITY OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR A TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Overtown
Advisory Board/Overtown Community Oversight Board, to fill a term ending September 30,
2020, or until the nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
