NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida ("City") on September 27, 2018, at 5:05 PM at City Hall, located at
3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, 33133 for the purposes of Miami
City Commission ("City Commission") approval and authorization of the City's
Final Budget and making appropriations related thereto for the fiscal year
commencing October 1, 2018 and ending September 30, 2019 (collectively,
"City's Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget"). Among those appropriations being
requested for approval by the City Commission in the City's Fiscal Year
2018-2019 Budget are expenditures from the City's Transportation Trust
Fund in the amount of $3,751,000.00 for the expansion of the City's Trolley
Program. In order for the City to spend funds from the Transportation Trust
Fund, Section 35-254(d) of the Code of the City of Miami, as amended
("City Code"), requires City Commission approval by at least a 4/5ths affirmative
vote of the entire City Commission upon a recommendation of the City
Manager. The City Manager's recommendation required by the City Code
is available on the City Clerk's website in the City's Final Budget Ordinance,
which is agenda item BH.10 for the September 27, 2018 Budget Hearing
and Meeting.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or
represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition
before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission
with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person
shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Miami City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday September 27, 2018 at 9:00
A.M., to consider the award of a contract to the foreign limited liability company listed below
through Anti -Poverty grant funds from the District 4's share of the City of Miami's Anti -Poverty
Initiative Program. Sunshine for AII, Inc., a Florida Not for Profit Corporation, will provide a Meals
on Wheels Program in District 4, and to consider the City Manager's recommendations and finding
that competitive negotiation methods are not practicable or advantageous regarding these issues:
• Sunshine for All, Inc. — Meals on Wheels Program in District 4
Inquiries regarding this notice may be addressed to Melissa T. Sutherland, Project Manager for the
Office of Community Investment, Office of the City Manager, at (305) 416-1005.
This action is being considered pursuant to Section 18-85 (A) of the Code of the City of Miami,
Florida as amended (the "Code"). The recommendations and findings to be considered in this
matter are set forth in the proposed resolution and in Code Section 18-85 (A), which are deemed
to be incorporated by reference herein and are available as with the regularly scheduled City
Commission meeting of September 27, 2018 at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami,
Florida 33133.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the
meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which
the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City
Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure
that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which
any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special accom-
