A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DIRECTING THE CITY
ADMINISTRATION TO ISSUE AND SERVE A FIFTEEN (15) DAY NOTICE TO
VACATE TO RICKENBACKER MARINA, INC., THE HOLDOVER TENANT OF THE
CITY -OWNED WATERFRONT PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3301
RICKENBACKER CAUSEWAY, VIRGINIA KEY, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Administration is directed to issue a fifteen (15) day notice to vacate
the City of Miami owned property generally located at 3301 Rickenbacker Causeway, Virginia
Key, Miami, Florida to the holdover tenant Rickenbacker Marina, Inc.
Section 2 . This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and
signature of the Mayor.'

1 If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten (10) calendar days
from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective
immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
