BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Administration is directed to issue a fifteen (15) day notice to vacate the City of Miami owned property generally located at 3301 Rickenbacker Causeway, Virginia Key, Miami, Florida to the holdover tenant Rickenbacker Marina, Inc. Section 2 . This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.'
