Dear Mr. Garcia:
We represent Art Luxury Rentals (the "Owner") in connection with the rezoning of the
properties located at 45 NE 16 Street, 64, 52, 48, 42, and 38 NE 17 Street, 1635 and 1643 NE
Miami Court, and 1602, 1610, 1616, 1642, 1632, 1624 North Miami Place, Miami, Florida
(collectively, the "Property"). The Owner is requesting a rezoning of the Property from T6-24A-
0 to T6-24B-O (the "Rezoning Application").
The Rezoning Application is currently scheduled to be presented at the City Commission
meeting on June 14, 2018 (Item No. PZ.2 / File #4188 At this time, the Owner is requesting a
deferral of the Rezoning Application to the next City Commission meeting (on June 28, 2018).
This deferral is being requested in order to allow the Owner to be present at the City Commission
meeting where the application will be presented and provide us additional time to meet with
community stakeholders regarding the specifics of the Rezoning Application.
