Please accept this letter for the process to allow more children's amusement games for Peter Piper Pizza. We are submitting tomodify the approved limit of games, four (4) allowed per Miami Code of Ordinances without exception, to allow up to thirty (30) games for this family establishment. "Amusement games or machines, up to four per location, shall only be allowed in zoning transects T5-O and above, as of right. More than four machines at a location are only allowed in zoning transects T6-O or above, and must obtain city commission approval as described above." [Section 12-2 (Ord. No. 13213, § 2,10-14-10)] The attached furnishings plan is to accompany this letter and shows placement of 29 devices. Not all of these devices are games. A few of them deal with counting prize tickets, bill changer to game tokens, and one kiddie ride. The 29 devices (cabinets) proposed are as follows. Device use and configuration is same as Chuck E Cheese restaurant. At no time are game play tokens/credits or tickets exchanged for money. 1 kiddie ride 19 skills 5 video games 2 bill changers 2 ticket counters 29 cabinets total The amusement games for this establishment are all geared for children's use and entertainment.
