WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release, convey and quit -claim unto the Grantee forever, all their right, title and interest in that certain land situate in Miami- Dade County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Property", to wit: As described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Subject to: 1. Current zoning regulations, subdivision restrictions, plat restrictions and easements, if any, which are not hereby intended to be reimposed and taxes for the current year and subsequent years. 2. This Deed conveys only the interests of the City in the Property described herein, and shall not warrant title thereto. 3. The Property is being taken by the Grantee "as is" and "where is". 4. In the event that Grantee ceases to utilize the property for right-of-way or road purposes, said property shall automatically revert to the Grantor. 5. The above covenant in each and every particular to run with the land, and shall be construed as a real covenant running with the land into perpetuity. Page 1 of 2 TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity, and claim whatsoever of the Grantors, either in law or in equity, to the use, benefit and behalf of the Grantee forever.
