INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD FOR
A TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Planning,
Zoning and Appeals Board, to serve for a term ending November 17, 2021, or until the
nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
