Pursuant to City of Miami Commission Resolution R-18-0096, Mr. Eddie Pereira has been nominated for
membership on the Community Advisory Board ("CAB") by the Nominating Committee and has been
nominated by the CAB as a whole on May 3, 2018. It is the request of the CAB that the City Commission
consider the appointment of Eddie Pereira at the June 14, 2018 City Commission meeting. Please let me
