Plat Book 11, Page 34, of the Public Records of Miami -Bade County, Florida, lying in Section 12, Township 53 South,
Range 41 East, Miami -Dade County, Florida being mare particularly described os follows:
Commence at the Southeast currier of said Lot 1; thence run N 88' 58' 59" W, along the South Tine of said Lot 1, for a
distance of 3140 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel of land hereinafter to be described; thence
continue ti 88' 58' 59" W, a long the South line of said Lot 1, for a distance of 18.20 feet to a point of intersection with
the West line of said Lot 1; thence run N 00° 35' 35" E, a long the West line of said Lot 1, for distance of 135.05 feet to
