We feel that our neighborhood is at a crossroads, where unsympathetic development is starting to creep in and beautiful historic houses are being demolished or neglected. We are supportive of creating a historic district for the entire Palm Grove neighborhood, to offer economic incentives for historic homeowners, to encourage sensitive rehabilitation of our historic buildings and to guide new development so that it is compatible with the surrounding built environment.
