The overwhelming character of the existing built environment in that sliver is one to two -storey buildings. Thank you. I just think it's out of scale for the neighborhood. At this point in this stage in the game, we have to really consider the scale. If the zoning isn't going to be our friend, I would only hope that this preservation board would be able to step in and help mitigate these things because this is just the first of I'm sure many if we can't work on this T5 hole we seem to have. I, too, appreciate the design. I think it's a lovely building, but it is just massive for our neighborhood. T5 in my understanding is to be a the head of a block in a more commercial area, something that starts. This is three almost four folios back in the neighborhood. Our neighborhood is only two blocks wide.
