MiMo has been in possession of our Lofts 45 plans as long as you have and we understood would be discussing the revised project on May 22. I got this from 2 members via email. Since that transmission of plans to all parties, we met together in my office. You all asked for further reductions to: 41 feet all in including elevator and stairs.... Bob Powers reiterated for us all that; "it has, and always has been, only about height." That is why we lowered the whole building by 1 full story: from the HEPB approved 55 feet down to the proposed 45 feet. I did not know you are the acting MiMo Board President or I would have asked you directly to agenda my project....but alas, seems Design Cmte members understood today it would be reviewed. Revised Elevations. 45 Ft. Tall. (10 feet shorter than HEPB approved). We also did the following reductions: >Stairs reduced in height and angled back at top roof line. 3 Submitted into the public record fo���i � Z, on J,il City Clerk >Building pushed northward 3 feet to hold upper stories at 10 ft setback as well, Ground floor at 13 feet to eliminate setback encroachment waiver. >Upper Roof Parapet Beam (concrete) removed between stairs to further lower east facade. >Roof Trellis in metal is only connective tissue with landscaping to tie stairs and elevator together. Trellis is setback as always from perimeter. >Fully landscaped as agreed in HEPB as well. We have attached the revised planset here as well for your review and votes of approval. Alisa, Are you available to meet today after work ? My son is sick with fever and headaches and we may need to take him to the hospital again today so I hope to stay close by to meet.
