This is not an engineering assessment, it was just based on visual inspection of the finger piers. 2 The ratings are from 0 to 4. "0" means that it looks like a brand new finger pier with no obvious damage. "1" means it looks ok and there seems to be no apparent damage. "2" means that it looks ok but there are some boards that need to be replaced. "3" means that part of the structure is missing. "4" means that the entire finger pier is missing.
